设备简介：

5.射蜡压力为三段压力，解决产品凹陷问题，配有三次高压射蜡功能。

6.a.双蜡桶储蜡量大为340L(分高温区，低温区独立控制)

 b.双蜡桶的高蜡桶为圆形蜡桶，附有搅拌系统，主要作用是搅拌降温。设定温度70~75度

    c. 低蜡桶为圆形，设定温度为65~67度，主要作用是低温静置作用。

    d. 温度控制：正负0.2℃,蜡缸设定温度：50~58℃,射咀设定温度：50~58℃. 7.a. 每个工位自带8组气动抽芯装置，可插φ8气管，

 b.触摸屏上可设定各抽芯的动作时间和动作顺序.

 c.抽芯设有2种模式，时间模式和近接开关模式。

8.射蜡机按钮放置在工作台板下，且为双手控制.

9.射蜡机的供油系统为伺服控制，压力、流量控制更精准。

10.蜡桶配有超温脱扣开关保护，防止超温引发火灾。

11.触摸屏上显示参数及异常报告信息。

12.储蜡桶配有超声波液位检测装置，可实现手动/自动加蜡。

14.设备具备独立的MES接口及数据传输功能，并开放所有数据及相应的权限.预留端口。

6.a.The dual wax barrel has a large capacity of 340L(with separate control for high and low temperature zones).

   b.The high-temperature barrel is round and includes a stirring system primarily for cooling, set at 70~75℃ .

   c.The low-temperature barrel is round,set at 65~67℃,mainly for low-temperature resting.

   d.Temperature  control  tolerance:±0.2°C;wax  chamber  set  temperature:50~58℃;nozzle  set  temperature: 50~58℃。

7.a.Each station comes with eight sets of pneumatic core extraction devices,compatible with φ8air hoses.

   b.Action time and sequence for each core extraction can be set on the touchscreen.

   c.Core extraction has two modes:time mode and proximity switch mode.

8.The injection machine buttons are located beneath the workbench and require dual-hand control.

9.The oil supply system of the waxinjection machine is servo-controlled for precise pressure and flow control.

10.The wax barrel is equipped with an over-temperature trip switch for fire prevention.

11.The touchscreen displays parameters and abnormal report information.

12.The wax storage barrel is equipped with an ultrasonic liquid level detection device for manual/automatic wax feeding.

13.The inner layer of the upper and lower wax barrels is made of stainless steel 304.

14.The equipment has an independent MES interface and data transmission capability,with all data and permissions open and reserved ports.

15.The wax injection machine comes with 250 preset formulas.
